This application is designed to assist professional painters and contractors at Mal Proff by providing a digital tool for their daily workflow. It offers features for accurate paint calculations, colour conversions across systems, saving and reusing projects, and AI-supported guidance. With these capabilities, painters can feel more confident, organized, and efficient, while reducing reliance on store staff during peak hours.
The Story
The lack of confidence among painters in calculating how much paint they need, combined with the challenges of understanding different colour codes and performing colour conversions, often leaves them feeling disorganized and uncertain. At the same time, there is little awareness of how AI support could help simplify their workflow.
This inspired me to design Mal Proff Assist, a tool that helps painters feel confident, organized, and supported, with clear calculations, reliable colour conversions, project saving, and AI guidance available whenever they need it.
